Vizianagaram: Human Resources Development Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao on Monday expressed confidence that Nandyal result will be repeated in 2019 general elections and the YSRCP will not get even a status of opposition. Participating in Nandyal victory celebrations organised here along with Union Minister P Ashok Gajapathi Raju, he said that YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy should change his attitude and language.
He hoped the same results will be repeated in Kakinada Municipal Corporation elections and general elections to be held in 2019 too. “People’s verdict is clear that they have voted for commitment and development of Andhra Pradesh. Unless Jagan changes his attitude, he will not get opposition leader post in the ensuing elections. The people of Nandyal did not believe the statements made by Jagan and taught him a lesson,” he said.
