Veturi death anniversary tomorrow

Tirupati: Following the 67th death anniversary of renowned scholar Veturi Prabhakara Shastry, TTD will be observing a tribute in SV Oriental College in Tirupati on August 29. Floral tributes will be paid to the bronze statue located in the college premises. There will be literary programmes on the great works and life of Veturi by scholars. Later prizes will be distributed to students who stood in top place in essay and elocution competitions held on the occasion.
