Ongole: It is the sheer hard work of the Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu that influenced the Nandyal voters to give big victory to Telugu Desam Party, said Prakasam District TDP president and Ongole MLA Damacharla Janardhana Rao. Celebrating the Nandyal bypoll victory at the district party headquarters NTR Bhavan, he advised the Opposition leader and YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy to mind his language and give respect to others to win the heart of public.

Janardhan said, “We received a good majority in Nandyal and I congratulate the Nandyal public, Chief Minister, Ministers and other party leaders who successfully explained the efforts of our government for development of the State and Nandyal.

Though the YSRCP chief spent 13 days campaigning in Nandyal, the public had an aversion about his language and culture levels. We cannot take the public for granted nowadays and they are very much observing the leaders who are working for them.

The public fear about giving vote to someone like Jaganmohan Reddy, who asks the people to kill others. We are taking this win as a preparatory election for 2019 and will develop all constituencies in the coming one-and-half year. It is Chandrababu Naidu’s hard work that can realise the capital and it is our bad luck to have Jaganmohan Reddy as the Opposition leader in Assembly at this crucial time in the history of the state.”
