Missing man found dead in Polavaram Right Main Canal
A 23-year-old man who went missing on Saturday midnight was found dead at Vanguru village in Pedavegi mandal on Monday morning.
Eluru: A 23-year-old man who went missing on Saturday midnight was found dead at Vanguru village in Pedavegi mandal on Monday morning.
Kalidindi Sai Kumar was a worker of fair price shop in Medinaraopalem village in Denduluru mandal. On Saturday midnight, he went out on a motorbike from his house and did not return.
His family members started search for him and found his motorbike on the embankment of Polavaram Right Main Canal near the village and complained to Denduluru police. Though the police and fire personnel searched for Sai Kumar in the canal till Sunday midnight, they could not find him.
However, on Monday morning, some people spotted a body in the canal at Vanguru village and informed to Pedavegi police. The police recovered the body from the canal and informed Denduluru police. The Denduluru police and Sai Kumar’s family members went to Vangur and confirmed that the body is of Sai Kumar.
