Sexual harassment of sanitary workers at KGH
Taking a serious note on the sexual harassment on sanitary women workers at KGH, several Civil Society organisations, including Kula Vivaksha Vyathireka Porta Samithi led by RP Raju and BSP leader B Krishna, Samanya Praja Party Venkata Rao met Superintendent of KGH G Arjuna and submitted a representation demanding action against the accused.Â

Visakhapatnam: Taking a serious note on the sexual harassment on sanitary women workers at KGH, several Civil Society organisations, including Kula Vivaksha Vyathireka Porta Samithi led by RP Raju and BSP leader B Krishna, Samanya Praja Party Venkata Rao met Superintendent of KGH G Arjuna and submitted a representation demanding action against the accused.
A representative of a sanitary works contractor in KGH allegedly harassing the women workers and demanding them fulfil his carnal desires. Responding to the representation, the superintendent assured them of taking action in this regard.
The representatives of the Civil Society organisations also requested the superintendent to reappoint the terminated workers.
