After garlanding the bronze statue of Veturi Prabhakara Sastry at SV Oriental College in Tirupati on Tuesday, JEO remembered the great works of Sastry, which brought to light various interesting aspects about Tirumala temple and also on the great literary works of Saint Poet Annamacharya.
“The students should learn about such great persons and chose righteous way of leading life,” he maintained.
Scholars Dr Medasani Mohan, Sarvottama Rao also elaborated on the contributions of Veturi Prabhakara Sastry. College Principal B Surender was also present.
