Commissioner of police D Gautam has said that the paintings of South Korean artiste Jeong JA Seo have portrayed meditative space and acknowledged its healing powers. The artist said that the paintings have healing touch and give peace to the mind when viewed. The commissioner inaugurated the exhibition of 21 paintings of South Korean artiste at the Cultural Centre of Vijayawada and Amaravati on Thursday.

As part of the MoU signed between the CCVA and South Korean Fine Arts Association the artiste came to Vijayawada and conducted the exhibition. The exhibition will be conducted till September 6 between 10 am to 7 pm. Jeong is one of the leading artistes of South Korea and is conducting her second exhibition in India and first in the city.

Harish Chandra Prasad, Founder and Chief Mentor, Malaxmi Group and Chairman, CCVA said that Jeong JA Seo, representing Korean Fine Arts Association is highly talented Artist and her Art works balance the imbalance world and enrich our experience. Dr E Sivanagi Reddy, CEO, CCVA said that 21 Artworks done with acrylic on canvas are on display and art lovers can visit the exhibition.

The commissioner Sawang had felicitated the artist and presented them with a Coffee table book on AP in which her art work is included. The Artist, Jeong JA Seo, presented her Art book entitled ‘Art is Life’ to the Police Commissioner. Sandeep Mandava, CEO, Malaxmi property Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Artists and Art lovers from the city participated in the programme.
