He said the arrested three accused belonging to Uttar Pradesh and Bihar would be sternly punished. The government would bear the hospital expenses of the victim, he added.
The DGP appreciated Vijayawada Railway Police for their swift action in arresting the culprits.Railway SP KV Mohan Rao, DSP Satti Babu and Inspector Ratna Raju accompanied the DGP during his visit.
