Rich tributes paid to YS Rajasekhara Reddy

Kadapa: Rich tributes were paid to former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy on the occasion of his eighth death anniversary across the district on Saturday.

YSR Congress party functionaries, leaders performed Annadanam, Vastradanam in their respective constituencies in the memory of departed leader.

On the occasion, they recalled their association with YSR and recounted several welfare schemes introduced during the regime of Rajasekhara Reddy.

Meanwhile widow of YSR, Vijayamma, and son YS Jaganmohan Reddy, daughter Sharmila and other family members paid rich tributes at the memorial of Rajasekhara Reddy at Idupulapaya.

Later, they conducted meeting with well-wishers and fans of YSR family over implementation of Navaratnalu announced by YS Jaganmohan Reddy on this occasion.
