Nandyal police arrested Netibharatham.com organiser D Ranjit Kumar and news editor of ‘Mana Telangana’ newspaper Kuna Ajay Babu for violating model code of conduct during Nandyal bypoll and publishing a survey that stated YSRCP candidate’s victory with a margin on 4,551 votes. According to a press release, the police acted on the complaint lodged by returning officer of the Nandyal bypoll.
