Minor girl gives birth, rapist father absconding
A minor girl gave birth to a baby three days ago at Peauply and the news came to light on Sunday. Peauply Circle Inspector P Rama Krishna said that the victim and her mother were said to be working at a hotel in Peauply. The victim’s mother who was having extra-marital affair with one Subramaniam was said to have developed an illicit affair with the minor girl.
Kurnool: A minor girl gave birth to a baby three days ago at Peauply and the news came to light on Sunday. Peauply Circle Inspector P Rama Krishna said that the victim and her mother were said to be working at a hotel in Peauply. The victim’s mother who was having extra-marital affair with one Subramaniam was said to have developed an illicit affair with the minor girl.
The illicit affair went unnoticed for some time till the victim’s mother noticed abnormal changes in her daughter. On being questioned by her mother, the girl revealed about the affair being continued with Subramaniam. She immediately took her to a hospital for abortion but doctors confirmed that it was too late to do so.
With this, both the mother and daughter kept silent till she delivered a baby three days ago, the CI stated. This news however spread like wildfire in the village and to save the girl from humiliation, the victim’s mother approached police station and lodged a complaint.
Based on the complaint, the police filed a case and took up investigation. The police launched a man hunt to nab the accused who is at large, stated the Circle Inspector.
