Thunderstorm likely in Coastal AP, Telangana

Thunderstorm is likely to occur in all the districts of Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana during the next 48 hours. Rayalaseema is expected to receive heavy rains at isolated places.

According to the MET department, the North-South trough from South Chhattisgarh to Rayalaseema has now moved to South Tamil Nadu across South Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Rayalaseema which extends upto 0.9 km above sea level.

Moderate rain or thundershowers are to occur in few places of Coastal Andhra and Telangana along with Rayalaseema during the next five days.
