A book on ‘How to crack Civil Services @21’ penned by BL Hanumantha Rao will be released at KBN College on September 7. Prof B Uday Bhaskar, Chairman of Andhra Pradesh Public Services (APPSC), will release the book.

Krishna University Vice-Chancellor S Ramakrishna Rao, ANU Vice-Chancellor Prof A Rajendra Prasad, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education Vice-Chairman P Narasimha Rao and other dignitaries will attend the book release function, said BL Hanumantha Rao in a press release here on Tuesday.
He informed that the book ‘How to Crack Civil Services @21’ will be very useful to the youngsters, who are aspiring to become IAS officers. He said students from the capital region of Krishna and Guntur districts are going to coaching institutes in Delhi and other parts of the country. He said books are also very important to get basic knowledge about the Civil Services, exam pattern, subjects and preparation.
