Action against illegally run play schools demanded
Jana Jaagarana Samithi and SFI activists staged a darna at GVMC Gandhi Park on Wednesday demanding action against the illegally running play schools immediately.
Visakhapatnam: Jana Jaagarana Samithi and SFI activists staged a darna at GVMC Gandhi Park on Wednesday demanding action against the illegally running play schools immediately.
Speaking on the occasion, president of Jana Jaagarana Samithi K Vasu said that the managements of play schools are not fallowing the safety rules in the schools and the officials are not bothering about the safety of the children in the schools. Due to lack of official monitoring, 300 play schools run by the managements, collecting lakh of rupees from the parents.
Activists displayed placards and demanded action against the managements and also demand for the arrest of Surya Chandra Play School management in which a three-year-old boy died in a parapet wall collapse incident on Monday .
Jana Jagarana Samithi leaders Durgaprasad, Mahendra Reddy, Dhamodara Guotham , Sanjjeva reddy and Suresh were present.
