Government to spend Rupees 1,660 crore towards farm welfare

The Minister inaugurated a research laboratory and hostel buildings on the premises of the YSR Horticultural University here on Thursday.
The government constructed a lab and hostel buildings at a cost of Rs 5 crore. Later, speaking to the media, the Minister said that the government will distribute 16,000 tractors to farmers of 13 districts soon. Somireddy accompanied by Chandragiri MLA Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy and official of the Agriculture department.
