Lays foundation stone for underground drainage system at S Kota

“At the time of bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh our budget is in deficit but Chief Minister N Chandrababu naidu is working for the progress of AP and we are confident that AP will become a progressive state in coming future,” he asid.

He visited Janma Devi Peta village of Lakkavarapukota mandal and said that one million LED lamps will be supplied to Chittoor, Kadapa, Anantapur, Vizianagaram and East Godavari districts in coming few months and will spend Rs 4,500 crore to lay link roads in all villages in the State.

All major panchayats will be provided underground drainage facility to prevent the spread of mosquitoes. S Kota constituency got more funds and developed in all aspects. It has more cement concrete roads than any other constituency in this district, he said.

“We will pay Rs 4,000 crore to DWCRA women under their loan waiver scheme,” the Minister said. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is working day and night for the welfare of the public, Lokesh said. He flayed the Opposition for trying to divide the society on the basis of caste and community.

Later, he laid foundation stone for underground drainage system in S Kota, housing scheme for weaker sections and individual toilets scheme under Swachh Bharat mission.

He visited compost unit at Rajanna Colony of Kothavalasa and appreciated the local leaders for transforming garbage into manure. Minister for Mines and Geology RVSK Ranga Rao, ZP chairperson Dr Swathi Rani, Collector Vivek Yadav, MLAs K Lalitha Kumari, B Chiranjeevulu and others participated in the programme.
