Greyhounds cops drafted for security of Brahmotsavams

Tirupati: Urban SP Abhishek Mohanty instructed the Greyhounds personnel to conduct combing in both ghat roads, Alipiri, Annamayya Marg, Srivari Mettu pathway and other small ways which were leading to hill shrine.
The SP interacted with Greyhounds personnel of three districts at urban district police headquarters here on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, Mohanty said that 127 Greyhound police constables including one Reserve Inspector and six Reserve Sub-Inspectors were drafted for security in Tirumala. The SP added that police personnel are conducting night patrolling as a precautionary measure for annual Brahmotsavams.
