Eluru: Scores of tenant farmers staged a dharna at the Collectorate here on Friday demanding that the government implement the loan waiver completely to them and sanction crop loans.
The farmers led by AP Koulu Rythu Sangham (APKRS) expressed their protest by tying the thread to their neck and weighing stones on their shoulders. Raising slogans over their demands, they met Ministers Prathipati, Pitani and gave a memorandum to them on their problems.
