Nidadavole: The Medical and Health officials seized a hospital that was running without any permissions from the government in Nidadavole town of West Godavari district.

The district medical and health officials have received complaints against Dr Anil’s Ortho and Critical Care Hospital near railway over bridge centre in Nidadavole town stating that the hospital did not have any permissions and the doctors there are exploiting the patients.

Deputy DMHO Padmaja Rani conducted checks in the hospital on September 11 and confirmed that the doctor has been treating the patients though he did not have any valid certificates and no permission from the government.

When the officials questioned Dr Anil Kumar Chowdary Mandava on the issue, he did not respond properly. The officials found that he did not have any MBBS certificate. Another doctor at hospital Pushpa Chowdary also did not show her certificates to the officials.

Deputy DMHO Padmaja Rani warned them to initiate action against them if they do not show the government permission within two days. However, Dr Anil Kumar did not submit the permission records to the medical officers even after 15 days.
