Unanimous election for AP Cotton Association president

Guntur: Stage is all set for the unanimous election for the election of Andhra Pradesh Cotton Association president. Peravali Raghava Rao will be the new president, according to reliable sources.

Minister for Civil Supplies P Pulla Rao held talks with the two rival groups in Cotton Association Punnayya Chowdary and Kandimalla Nageswararao and proposed Raghavarao as the neutral candidate. Both the groups accepted the Minister's proposal.

And there will not be any other nomination for that coveted post. Raghavarao's tenure will be for 2017 to 19 and he filed nomination for the post on Wednesday.
