Dandia celebrations conclude today
The Dandia celebration being organised under Creativesoul at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation stadium football open grounds, will conclude on Friday.
Vijayawada: The Dandia celebration being organised under Creativesoul at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation stadium football open grounds, will conclude on Friday.
Creativesoul has been conducting Dandia to mark the 10-day Dasara celebrations in Vijayawada. Dandia organisers Suman Meena and Neha Jain said they will distribute prizes to the best performers. They said Dandia is continued in spite of disturbance caused by rain in the city and hoped it will continue successfully on Friday too.
They said participants can attend Dandia celebrations with entry pass and added competitions are conducted in seven categories based on age and separate competitions are conducted for men and women. He appealed to interested participants to join celebrations on Friday.
