K E Krishna Murthy denounces allegations against him on WhatsApp
Deputy Chief Minister K E Krishna Murthy condemned the false propaganda on WhatsApp groups against him which said that he would recommend for jobs in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam if the candidates pay Rs 30,000.
Amaravati: Deputy Chief Minister K E Krishna Murthy condemned the false propaganda on WhatsApp groups against him which said that he would recommend for jobs in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam if the candidates pay Rs 30,000.
In a press release, Krishna Murthy said the issue came to his notice on Sunday and he wanted Rayalaseema range inspector general to enquire over the false propaganda and take stringent action on those who responsible for that. A close aide of Krishna Murthy told The Hans India that they came to know about it when the Minister received phone calls from public requesting to recommend them for jobs in TTD.
He also said they have doubts that some people were circulating such messages with wrong intentions to damage the image of the minister and the state government. The message also included the mobile number of Tirupati MLA and named her personal assistant. The Tirupati MLA lodged a complaint with police. According to sources, the police have identified a WhatsApp group which initially circulated the message.
