Prof Purnanandam is JNTUK new Rector

Prof K Purnanandam has been appointed as new Rector of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. As per instructions of JNTU-K Vice-Chancellor VSS Kumar, college registrar VV Subba Rao issued the appointment order to new rector Purnanandam here on Friday.
Kakinada: Prof K Purnanandam has been appointed as new Rector of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. As per instructions of JNTU-K Vice-Chancellor VSS Kumar, college registrar VV Subba Rao issued the appointment order to new rector Purnanandam here on Friday.
Prof Purnanandam started his career as an assistant professor in civil engineering. The former rector Prabhakara Rao retired from service in August. Registrar Subba Rao has also appointed two professors, V Ravindranadh and K Babulu as Directors of Library Science & EDC and Institute of Science and Technology respectively.
