Vignan conferred Centre for Excellence award by CELA Cambridge University
In a specially organized summit, VFSTR University has been recognised among the top 25 Higher Education Preparation Centres in South Asia. The University is acknowledged to be a Centre for excellence for offering quality training to its students and helping them to progress from intermediate level users of English to the advanced level.

G.NageswaraRao, assistant Professor of English, and Cambridge Centre Exam Manager represented VFSTR University and received the Award from Bharat Joshi, British deputy high commissioner, Chennai and Geoff Stead, director CELA on recently at British deputy High Commission in Chennai.
The university is feeling that by taking these exams the students are able to build their language competencies and improve their employment prospects. In the course of training students on Cambridge PET and BEC, the faculty members of English are able to equip themselves on the latest methods of teaching and assessment on par with global standards. A commendable achievement is 10 faculty members of English have completed the CELA (Teaching English to the Speakers of other languages) certification.
