Vice-Admiral Girish Luthra, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Western Naval Command accompanied by his wife Preethi Luthra, President Navy Wives Welfare Association,
Visakhapatnam: Vice-Admiral Girish Luthra, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Western Naval Command accompanied by his wife Preethi Luthra, President Navy Wives Welfare Association, Western Region, arrived here on a two-day visit to the Eastern Naval Command on Friday. On arrival, the flag officer was received at INS Dega by Rear Admiral Mahesh Singh, Chief Staff Officer (Operations), Eastern Naval Command.
Vice-Admiral Luthra interacted with Vice-Admiral HCS Bisht, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief and later was briefed on the activities of the Command. Preethi Luthra interacted with the executive committee and members of the NWWA (Eastern Region) besides visiting its facilities. Admiral and Mrs Luthra are scheduled to leave the city on Saturday morning.
