Work hard to achieve goals, exhorts Lakshminarayana
Additional Director General of Police, Maharashtra and former top official of CBI, J D Lakshminarayana exhorted the youth to set a goal in their life and try to achieve it by moulding their mind and body.
Vijayawada: Additional Director General of Police, Maharashtra and former top official of CBI, J D Lakshminarayana exhorted the youth to set a goal in their life and try to achieve it by moulding their mind and body.
He said every student must have a goal and work continuously with a dedication to reach their set objective. Lakshminarayana delivered inspiring speech on “Boycotting Chinese products and use of Indian made products in India to give boost to Indian economy” and interacted with the students of various colleges at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation stadium on Saturday. Swadeshi Jagaran Manch Andhra Pradesh unit has conducted the run on MG Road and organised Yuva Sammelanam at the IGMC stadium on Saturday. Giving inspiring speech, Lakshminarayana said the students must participate in the sports and games to mould their personality and mind to achieve their goals.
He said meditation or yoga is very useful for the success and called upon the youth to practice yoga to control the mind. “Mind should not control our thoughts but we should control the mind,” he added. He recalled great people like A P J Abdul Kalam, Mokshagundam Viswewaraiah, Verghese Kurian and M S Swaminathan, who contributed a lot to the nation with outstanding knowledge and wisdom.
