Later, CITU state president Ch Narsing Rao recalled the unruly actions of BJP cadres led by MLC PVN Madhav and local leaders. “I received a call from Visakhapatnam North MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju of BJP and apologised for what has happened,” said the CITU leader adding that the MLA has left the BJP’s rally knowing the picketing move of the party cadres on Saturday.
