Chandrababu upset over delay in Polavaram project works

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is said to be upset over the delay of the Polavaram project works and has expressed his concern regarding the same to the officials and representatives of construction companies.

Questioning them the reason behind the delay in the works despite being provided the required machinery and manpower, Chandrababu advised the construction companies to speed up the project works.

The Chief Minister was brought to notice by Polavaram Chief Engineer Ramesh regarding the delay in concrete works putting more financial burden on construction companies.
Subsequently, the construction firms are delaying payments to labourers who are not attending to work as they are not getting payments.

Chandrababu has urged the construction companies to sort out the issue as early as possible.
