The Training and Placement Cell of GITAM University provide services throughout the year to prepare students and help those secure placements. The number of students placed through campus placement programmes was on the rise every year, he added.
Principal of Institute of Technology K Lakshmiprasad observed that the IT industry has witnessing a change in hiring patterns with unconventional, high value graduates with differential skills. This year the recruiters already announced their dates and informed us about their area of focusing particularly more on coding skills, programming, projects and internships.
