Briefing media after the inauguration, Ongole MP Y V Subbareddy said the YSRCP chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy will start the party activities from the makeshift office in Vijayawada very soon. 

Vijayawada: YSR Congress party inaugurated its makeshift state office near PWD Ground on M G Road Vijayawada on Monday. Ongole MP Y V Subba Reddy, former Ministers Botcha Satyanarayana, Kolusu Parthasarathy, MLAs Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, Meka Pratap Apparao, former MLAs Malladi Vishnu, Velampalli Srinivas, other leaders from Krishna and Guntur districts and a large number of party workers attended the inauguration. Earlier, priests performed puja and conducted traditional rituals at the new office.

Briefing media after the inauguration, Ongole MP Y V Subbareddy said the YSRCP chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy will start the party activities from the makeshift office in Vijayawada very soon.

He informed the permanent State office construction works began in Tadepalli of Guntur district. Subbareddy said the existing Krishna district office is located in very narrow street in Gandhi Nagar and it will also be shifted to new office on M G Road. He said both Krishna district and state office will be located in the same premises.

The new state party office has been built very close to M G Road. The site has adequate space for parking vehicles and holding party activities. Earlier, Kolusu Parthasarathy, former minister used the site for his party activities when he was in Congress party. Congress, CPI, CPM and BJP have head offices in Vijayawada. Telugu Desam party had constructed its head office in Guntur.
