BIT Institute of Technology celebrates chairman’s birthday
Students and staff of the BIT Institute of Technology (BITIT) on Tuesday organised several service programmes in various places of Hindupur, on the occasion of the college chairman Dr P Chandra Mohan’s birthday.
Anantapur: Students and staff of the BIT Institute of Technology (BITIT) on Tuesday organised several service programmes in various places of Hindupur, on the occasion of the college chairman Dr P Chandra Mohan’s birthday. Speaking on the occasion, Chandra Mohan said gaining love and affection of others is more than the accumulated monetary wealth. He distributed sweets to orphans at Satya Sai Seva Sadan.
Students donated 50 units of blood at the blood donation camp organised by National Credit Corps on the college premises. Annadanam programme was organised at old-age homes. Blankets and mosquito nets were distributed for the needy. Principal Dr A Ramesh, Heads of various departments, faculty members and students actively participated in the celebrations.
