Another distinction was added to Acharya Nagarjuna University recently.Two African research scholars joined ANU to pursue research with fellowships.

Vijayawada: Another distinction was added to Acharya Nagarjuna University recently.Two African research scholars joined ANU to pursue research with fellowships.

They submitted their joining reports to the ANU Vice-Chancellor Prof.A.Rajendra Prasad. Research Scholar Aminu Bello will do research and pursue PhD under the guidance of Prof.R.R.L.Kantham in the department of Statistics .He will work on accepting sampling plans. Second research scholar NdiogouGueye came from Senegal. He will do his research in Microbiology.

Speaking on this occasion, ANU Vice-chancellor Prof.A.Rajendra Prasad said, they will extend full financial support to African scholars. Director of International students cell Prof.G.V.Anjaneyulu today said that ANU has been striving for world class equipment,Knotch laboratories and digital libraries. The university is encouraging the students for International collaboration for research work.
