City Committee of Shiv Sena organised a meeting here on Wednesday and took up various resolutions favouring the people of the region.

Party state observer Dilip Thamal, City Committee president T Kumar Raju and other leaders B Venkatesh, Srinivasa Rao, Narasimham and K Ramakrishna explained the party activities in the meeting.

“The party will support the women who are agitating against the AP State Liquor Policy-2017. The party will also start agitation demanding that the Central government announce Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh,” said Shiv Sena Sanghatana secretary K Ramakrishna.
