Chandrababu: Polavaram project completion delayed to 2019 due to funds shortage

Speaking in this regard, he said that the project works would be completed by 2019 once the required funds are sanctioned by the central government.
Stressing on the need to think practically about the project, Chandrababu said that the state government intends to change the main contract organization Transstroy as it is unable to pay money for workers and machinery but the central government is not keen to do so.
