District Superintendent of Police (SP), GopinathJetti has inaugurated the open house exhibition of arms and ammunition at the Police Parade Grounds here on Monday, on the occasion of Police Martyrs Week.
Kurnool: District Superintendent of Police (SP), GopinathJetti has inaugurated the open house exhibition of arms and ammunition at the Police Parade Grounds here on Monday, on the occasion of Police Martyrs Week. Speaking to the media, the SP said the aim of open house exhibition was to let the students and the citizens known about the arms and ammunition used by the police, and dresses worn by them.
Gopinath Jetti explained to the students about the duties of bomb disposal teams, fingerprint experts, functioning of police control room, dog squad teams, and various weapons used by police. Additional SPs Shaik Sha Vali and I Venkatesh, OSD Ravi Prakash, DSPs Khadar Basha and J Babu Prasad, and other police officials and school children participated in the open house exhibition.
Praja Durbar receives grievances District Superintendent of Police Gopinath Jetti held a ‘Praja Durbar’ at the police headquarters here on Monday and received representations from people from all parts of the district. People from the district called up 94407 95567 to represent their problems to the SP.
The complaints pertain to flesh trade going on in Adoni, depriving of due share in property by in-laws disposing of a house and obtaining signature on documents from a legal heir, who was in an inebriated condition, illicit relationship by husband with another woman and requisition for family counseling and so on.The SP said that all complaints will be investigated into. Suitable action would be initiated after the investigation.
Additional SP Shaik Shavali, DSPs J Babu Prasad and Qadar Basha, District Crime Records Bureau Circle Inspector Srinivasa Rao and others took part in the programme.
