He suggested the NRTs in Arab countries to improve their skills then their income levels would automatically increase manifolds.He stated that if they want to become entrepreneurs then the state government would help.

Naidu announced that Amaravati to Emirates direct flight will run soon and all the NRTs could use this.He observed that the presence of Telugus is there everywhere on the globe. He added that the NT Rama Rao's name would be there wherever Telugus live.

The visiting CM said that he heard appreciations like "Visakhapatnam is better than Dubai", which was a matter of pride for us.He stated that at the time of bifurcation of AP, the state suffered with 22.5 Million Units of deficit electricity. Within a year, the state became power surplus in the country under his governance, he added. Chandrababu said one could know about on and off status of the bulbs at their hometown, from Dubai itself. He added that the technology was improved in such a manner.

He said that there are nearly 25 lakh NRTs across the Gulf countries. He invited them to utilise these services through these schemes.He said that he created a dedicated APNRT cell to directly assist the NRTs, as soon as he assumed office in 2014.

Chief Minister said that government has been doing more than what it could do for the APNRTs in Arab countries.He said through the APNRT cell, government identified the problems facing by the Telugus in Arab countries. He stated that he directed the officials to assist the victims in solving their problems at abroad.

He said that so far, 45,000 NRTs became members in APNRT from across 109 countries on the globe.He said that to help in emergency times, government allocated Rs. 40 crore. He announced that government will establish a migrant economic rehabilitation centre for skill development of NRTs in Dubai through APNRT. He said that the World Bank gave number one rank to AP in ease of doing business.He requested the NRTs to help in development of Andhra Pradesh and render service to the country.
