4 MITS students selected for global fellowship

Madanapalle: Four students, three B.Tech students and an MBA student --Kusuma Amilineni, Sucharitha Chokkappagari, Umeshwar Reddy and Harshavardhan Bandarla of Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science (MITS) here were among the 229 shortlisted by the Stanford University’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design for the University Innovation Fellow (UIF) programme.
The programme, which is highly selective, is designed to help foster entrepreneurship and innovation among students all over the world. The students are supported by faculty sponsors Dr B Rama Kumar, Vice-Principal-Academics, U Vijaya Lakshmi, Assistant IQAC Coordinator and Dr Varaprasad, Asst. Professor. College Management, Principal Dr C Yuvaraj, Vice Principal – Academics Dr B Rama Kumar, Staff and students congratulated the selected students.
