Realtor assaults two women over property dispute in Visakhapatnam

Two women were allegedly assaulted in Vishakapatnam district over a heated dispute with a realtor regarding their property.

The incident took place at Butchayyapeta on Tuesday when the realtor, M Sattibabu who owns 20 acres of land adjacent to the women’s property wanted to grab their property as well.

He called in three women to settle the issue but an argument ensued following which the realtor assaulted two of the women. While the police jumped into action, they are yet to receive a complaint from the victim. Police officials stated that strict action would be taken against the culprit once they ascertain the facts.
