To promote the tourism infrastructure development projects across the state in all the districts in a big way, the Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry Federation (AP Chambers) will be organising the ‘Regional Tourism Investors & Stakeholders Meet’ here on Friday, said G Sambashiva Rao, President of AP Chambers of Commerce & Industry Federation.
Visakhapatnam: To promote the tourism infrastructure development projects across the state in all the districts in a big way, the Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry Federation (AP Chambers) will be organising the ‘Regional Tourism Investors & Stakeholders Meet’ here on Friday, said G Sambashiva Rao, President of AP Chambers of Commerce & Industry Federation.
Addressing the media at the VJF Press Club here on Tuesday, Sambashiva Rao said that Minister for Tourism Bhuma Akhila Priya will participate in the meeting, which was being organised by AP Chambers of Commerce in collaboration with the state government. Applications are invited from the prospective investors and stakeholders of the tourism sector to get registered for the meet and participate with their concrete ‘Project Proposals’.
Later, AP Chambers of Commerce Tourism Sub-committee Chairman K Lakshinarayana said that investors and stakeholders’ meeting will be held in Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Kurnool Tirupati and Vijayawada. For the districts Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, East Godavari and Visakhapatnam, the city of destiny been chosen for the meeting.
It is learnt that all the senior officials of AP Tourism & Culture and local authorities will be present for all these meetings. Besides, they will also give presentations on the potential opportunities available in the state with a focus on the tourism prominence of each region.
To participate in the meeting, registration should be done on or before Thursday at 3 pm without fail. The registration form duly filled-in with the required details need to be sent to [email protected].
