New software for effective working of depts
The State government is poised to use the new software under the Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS) in the Treasuries and other government departments which will automatically calculate LTCs, salaries bills, give annual increment to the employees, PRC dues and PF loans.
Vijayawada: The State government is poised to use the new software under the Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS) in the Treasuries and other government departments which will automatically calculate LTCs, salaries bills, give annual increment to the employees, PRC dues and PF loans.
According to sources, as soon as one year of services is completed, it will add annual increment to the employees. It will also give all the necessary information relating to the government employees since his joining the service. It will give details about salary hike given to him last year and this year; calculate the leaves of the employees.
After the software coming into operation, the government employees, school teachers, aided teachers need not pay bribes to get their salaries bills sanctioned, it is felt. At present each employee paying bribes of Rs.2000 to Rs. 2500 to get PRC dues. Presently, the officials are writing S R (service register) on the online. To introduce the new software, thegovernment has already issued G.O.No: 2067 to this effect.
When the system is fully implemented, it will facilitate real time management of H.R (human resources) in the government. The government hereby directed all the heads of departments and heads of offices of every unit office, Panchayats, municipality, elementary school, High Schools, welfare hostels, DHMO Office, sub-registrar office, sub-treasury office, Mandal revenue office, ZP CEO Office, Collector office, office of Director of Municipal Administration, Office of the Superintendent of Police at a district level, Primary Health Care Center, Police Station etc to feed data of the employees in the new software. Necessary training has to be given to the employees in this regard.
If new software will come into operation, the government employees need not make rounds to the concerned departments for sanctioning their bills, P F, for getting any benefits. At present, the MEOs, teachers, head-masters and some of the government employees are not residing in the mandals where they are working. They are coming regularly late to the offices and giving bribes for giving attendance.
Municipal Teachers Union State president S Rama Krishna said “ The new software will come into operation from December. The government has already issued orders. It will check corruption and irregularities in the government.’’
