Speaking to the media, Chandrababu said that if the project is not completed now, it is difficult to do it ever.
Stating his dissatisfaction over TRANSTROY which is the main company having Polavaram project contract, he said that the Central government is not responding to the request to change the company and added that the Centre is escaping from the responsibility.
Recently, Union water resources minister Nitin Gadkari urged the Andhra Pradesh government to continue work with Transstroy company for the construction of the Polavaram project instead of exploring other alternative options.
