Srikakulam: Promote youth oriented schemes to prevent them from getting attracted towards anti-social and terrorist activities, appealed Srikakulam MP K Rammohan Naidu to all nations at the UNO.

In a press release from New Delhi on Tuesday on his return after participating in the 72nd United Nations’ Organisation (UNO) General Assembly meeting in New York, he said that in his speech, he requested all heads of the nations to design schemes for a fruitful utilisation of energy and efficiency of youth.

Responding to it, President of the General Assembly Mirolav Lajcak assured him that he would hold a discussion over the utilisation of the energy of the youth at international- level soon.

Later, during his visit, the MP called on India’s permanent representative at the UNO Syed Akbaruddin, a contestant from India to the International Court of Justice Dhalvir Bhandari, Indian consulate-general at New York Sandeep Chakravarthi and discussed various issues with them. The MP said that he did his MBA from Long Island University in New York and recalled some of the incidents nostalgically.
