Two Section officers have been suspended by the Andhra Pradesh government on the allegations of leaking an age limit draft copy of government employees to the media.

The suspended employees belong to the Water Resources department and Law department - Venkatarami Reddy and Thimmappa respectively.
The suspension has caused an uproar among the AP Secretariat staff with the employees staging a protest.
They demanded Secretariat Employees Association president Muralikrishna to intervene in the issue following which he held talks with the suspended employees and assured to take up the matter with the government.
