Haribabu unveils property expo logo
Vizag MP K Haribabu unveiled the logo of CREDAI-Visakhapatnam’s Property Expo-2017 at KSR Function Plaza here on Tuesday. CREDAI-Visakhapatnam’s Property Expo-2017 will be held at Andhra University Engineering Grounds from December 24 to 25.
Visakhapatnam: Vizag MP K Haribabu unveiled the logo of CREDAI-Visakhapatnam’s Property Expo-2017 at KSR Function Plaza here on Tuesday. CREDAI-Visakhapatnam’s Property Expo-2017 will be held at Andhra University Engineering Grounds from December 24 to 25.
Appreciating and congratulating CREDAI-VSP for constructing buildings and apartments in large scale across the city, Haribabu said that Visakhapatnam has huge potential for further development of real estate sector.
Stating that the roads from Shilanagar to Anandapuram are being widened as six lanes, he said and added that the Central government would provide funds for the development of these roads which would further boost the construction activity in the city.
The MP made some suggestions to the builders, which include taking up separate housing projects for senior citizens, making use of solar energy in a big way.
He noted that number of incentives are available for those who take up affordable housing schemes of the government. KSRK Raju gave details of CSR activities of CREDAI-Visakhapatanam, which include contribution of Rs 50 lakh for relief and rehabilitation of Hudhud victims.
