Roja demands Assembly Speaker to take immediate action against party defectors

Demanding all the 22 defecting MLAs to be disqualified, she said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu knows well that he would lose the next election, hence, is playing cheap politics by continuing the defected leaders in TDP without submitting resignations and also taking up the role of Opposition in the Assembly.
Calling TDP's four-year governance as a never-ending story of failures and unfulfilled promises, Roja is killing the democracy by engineering defections.
She said that their presence in the Assembly would imply that they are okay with the defections, hence they boycotted and demanded Speaker Kodela Sivaprasad Rao to take immediate action on the issue of disqualifying the defectors.
