Tirupati: International Science Museum Day was observed at Regional Science Centre (RSC) here on Friday. On the occasion, RSC organisers conducted a day-long programmes to the students on their premises. In this connection, officials screened of national award-winning science films to the students, and conducted open house quiz on science innovations.
TTD Chief Museums Officer Dr Ranganayakulu addressing the students said that sustainable development is possible through science innovations. He explained the importance of science centres to create the awareness among public. Later, he distributed the prizes to the winners of quiz contest organised by the RSC. RSC Coordinator R Manigandan was also present.
