Nellore: SHAR Director Kunhi Krishnan said a small failure in quality leads to a fatal accident and hence quality in production gains utmost significance. He insisted for quality and safety in hazardous
conditions. SHAR conducted World Quality Day celebrations on Thursday and Friday at Sriharikota and experts in the field of quality and reliability delivered lectures during the occasion. Krishnan attended the valedictory programme on Friday and said quality is not only important in production units but also in the life.
Initially, the celebrations were launched by SHAR Deputy Director MBN Murthy and HAL General Manager of Bengaluru unit Abdul Razzack. On Friday, Prof Vijaya Mishra from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, attended and provided presentation on various topics of quality.
