Rajamahendravaram: Kesavabhatla Charitable Trust (KCT) has distributed school uniforms, water bottles and snacks to Anganwadi students in the sixth division here on Thursday. Participating in the programme, Aryapuram Co-operative Urban Bank chairman Challa Shankar Rao advised non-governmental organisations to help the needy. KCT was doing meritorious service to the needy for many years. “The government cannot do everything. It is duty of non-governmental organisations and individuals to come forward in this regard,” he said.

He congratulated KCT for distributing uniforms, water bottles etc to the students. He assured to extend his help to the KCT which is in service of the people. KCT chairman K Srinivasa Rao, said that plans were afoot to distribute water bottles, snacks and uniforms to the students in Rajamahendravaram rural assembly constituency also. A plan was devised to supply water bottles to the students permanently.Corporator MM Sudha Rani, Anganwadi officer Subhadra, school supervisor PD Prasad trust members SJ Chandran and others were present.
