PT Usha tells students to work hard
Renowned athlete Padmasri PT Usha on Monday visited Viva the School run by the Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT) and exhorted students to work hard to fulfill their dreams.
Nambur: Renowned athlete Padmasri PT Usha on Monday visited Viva the School run by the Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT) and exhorted students to work hard to fulfill their dreams.
She asked the students to identify their area of interest and work with dedication to achieve it. She also cited several incidents that inspired her in achieving awards. She advised children to dare to dream and care to achieve by doing hard work. She said that sports are essential to every child for their comprehensive physical and mental growth.
PT Usha also emphasised that Central and State Governments are putting every effort to uplift the spirits of aspiring sports persons by providing every amenity to them, which is a great boon to the youngsters. VVIT Chairman Vidya Sagar, Secretary Badri Prasad, Academic Secretary M. Sree Krishna, Vice-Principal C.T. Joshi of VIVA School and others took part in the programme.
