Jagan assures justice to people once YSRCP comes to power

On 15th day of Praja Sankalpa Yatra, YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy has exuded confidence of his party coming to power in 2019 and render justice to people. On Wednesday, the YSRCP chief began his padayatra from Kolumulapalle in Dhone mandal and continued up to Sarparajapuram in Pathikonda constituency.

Kurnool: On 15th day of Praja Sankalpa Yatra, YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy has exuded confidence of his party coming to power in 2019 and render justice to people. On Wednesday, the YSRCP chief began his padayatra from Kolumulapalle in Dhone mandal and continued up to Sarparajapuram in Pathikonda constituency.

Thousands of people from all sections of society have thronged to catch the glimpse of Jaganmohan Reddy and poured their woes before him. He consoled them by assuring that he would do justice to them. Obbamma, a resident of Pendakal village in Dhone mandal narrated her pathetic story to YSRCP leader. She said that she has lost her husband five years back and is survived with three children.

Out of three children, the youngest son’s legs were paralysed in a road accident, she narrated and lamented that medical care was denied to her son under Arogyasri scheme. She expressed helpless to bear medical treatment of Rs 4 lakh. Jaganmohan Reddy assured her that he will bring pressures on the TD government for extend treatment to her son.

Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs) met the Opposition leader and submitted a petition highlighting Chandrababu Naidu’s negligence towards rural health. The RMPs said that they had started practicing medicine since 2008 during the rule of YS Rajasekhara Reddy. Around 48,000 RMPs were practicing by 2011 but later it was stopped by the Telugu Desam government, they alleged.

They informed Jaganmohan Reddy that they are playing key role in providing first aid treatment to the public in the rural areas and special training for them would help in offering good and quality treatment. He promised RMPs to do the needful once YSRCP comes to power and added that health, education and agriculture will be his top priority.

All through the padayatra, scores of women met the YSRCP chief and poured their woes before him. Reddy has completed 200 km padayatra on Wednesday. On Thursday, he will resume his yatra in Pathikonda constituency. PAC Chairman Buggana Rajendranath Reddy and other YSRCP leaders have accompanied Jaganmohan Reddy.
